Steffanie Loewenstein received her Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Health Sciences for Nutrition and Dietetics from Indiana University Bloomington.  During college she obtained her National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certification for personal training. She then continued her education, with a Corrective Exercise Specialization, Behavioral Change Specialization, and Senior Fitness Specialization.

Steffanie moved from her home state of Indiana to start a new chapter of life in Pennsylvania. After working in gyms for a few years, she decided to start Health and Fitness at Home. The mission was to make wellness convenient for a wide range of clientele by providing health and wellness services in the easiest and most pleasant way possible.

Steff’s diet and exercise programs promote positivity and long-lasting results you can be proud of. She understands that everyone’s needs are different, and there’s not a one size fits all program.  Steff designs programs for weight loss or gain and general wellness for a wide variety of people: athletes, seniors, pre and post-surgery individuals, teens, yogis, runners, and more!

Using her vast knowledge of nutrition and exercise, Steff uses scientific and evidence- based research to guide her recommendations. Her background as an elite level gymnast, helps her excel in flexibility and body posture training. She is a great trainer for runners, having been a sprinter, pole-vaulter, and half marathon runner. She also incorporates yoga and weight lifting into her regular exercise routines.

During her free time, Steff enjoys snuggling with her dog, cooking for friends, traveling, and watching TV shows with her husband, Michael Loewenstein.
